We invite you to take a backstage tour of our innovative templates. Please review these instructions below and click the link at the bottom of the page to visit our server. These instructions are also found in a "read me" file on our site: 1. To view the templates you need to have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. It needs to be Excel 2000 or later. If you are using Excel 2000 make sure you have all updates from Microsoft installed. 2. The security setting must be no higher than medium. From Excel go to Tools, Macros,Security. Make sure setting is medium or less. 3. Enable macro’s when prompted. Also update links when prompted. This gives you today’s rates. 4. Use the gray fields to enter your data. 5. In addition if you see “RED” you’re dead. If in any field, the background is red; something is wrong. Change the rate or down payment. 6. If prompted for user ID and password , use “trial” for user ID and “hhpmortgage” for the password. The templates should open. 7. Chose your program type(75% of the time it will be conforming) .Then choose sales price, downpayment, and interest rate. Remember if you see “RED” you’re dead. Change something. 8. Once you have found your rate and program go to the apply on line link and we will begin processing your loan. |
